Patient Assistant Programs
The Forest Pharmaceuticals, Inc. (FPI), Patient Assistance Program provides medication for qualifying patients at no charge. If the patient qualifies under FPI guidelines, a three-month supply of the requested drug(s) or device(s) will be shipped to the patient’s licensed practitioner for dispensing to the patient.
Rx Outreach is managed by Express Scripts Specialty Distribution Services, Inc. (ESSDS), a fully licensed mail order pharmacy that is committed to making the use of prescription drugs safer and more affordable. It is not an Internet pharmacy. ESSDS manages more than 55 patient assistance programs (PAPs) for major pharmaceutical companies, serving millions of individuals.
Pfizer Helpful Answers™ is a family of programs to help people without prescription coverage save on many Pfizer medicines, no matter their age or income. People with limited incomes may even qualify to get their Pfizer medicines for free.
The Daiichi Sankyo Open Care Program is available to qualified patients with demonstrated medical and financial need. The program assists patients who are prescribed Daiichi Sankyo products covered by the program and are uncertain of their insurance coverage in locating alternative payment sources. Free product is provided to uninsured patients who qualify and for whom no alternative source of reimbursement can be identified. Patients must reside in the United States and have a U.S. treating physician.
